Aquarium de La Rochelle is a state-of-the-art facility featuring several different water habitats. There are exhibits on the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as a variety of jellyfish. The first floor of the aquarium houses sharks, as well as fish and molluscs from the Indian and Pacific Oceans. There is also a 120 seat auditorium, which houses conferences and shows films.
